  8. end-user report writer.  It provides a high productivity, interactive report
  9. development environment which is portable across multiple platforms (UNIX,

  11. variety of network protocols including:  TCP/IP, StarLAN, and X.25.  It
  12. supports both character-based and graphical user interfaces (MS-Windows,
